As we continue to optimize and strengthen our operational
efficiencies to better serve our members, we will begin transitioning to our
new association management systems (AMS), Fonteva, on Saturday, October 19,
2024.
At 12:00 PM CT on Saturday, October 19, access to the
Members Only site will go offline and will not be accessible.
During this planned migration window, you will receive
additional information via email, including a welcome email that will contain a
link to reset your password for the new Members Only portal when the system
comes online. Once your password is set up, it will be the same password that
you will use for the new Members Only portal, regional Members Only pages, and
regional registration sites.
You
can contact the corporate office Help Desk during this downtime by submitting a Member Assistance form. The Corporate Office will respond promptly with information on how to access the private side of the site.
On or about Tuesday, October 29, access to the new
Members Only portal will go live.
