Thank you for registering to attend our 66th Boule. We are looking forward to seeing you. Let's answer your first question - After arriving at the Charlotte Douglas Airport, how do I get to my hotel?

Transportation from and to the Charlotte Douglas Airport

Prearranged - The Charlotte Douglas Airport has several limousine and shuttle service providers. Unlike most airports, these services are not available upon request and they must be pre-arranged. Please contact Queen City Shuttle Service today at 704-593-1148.

Queen City Shuttle has confirmed the rate of $20 per person round trip for uptown/city center hotels or $14.00 one way.

For those going to University hotels, the rate is $50 per person round trip or $30 one way.

If you forget to make your reservations, do not fret, go to one of the visitors information boards located in Baggage Claim and request a service provider to pick you up.

Airport Hotels - If you are staying at an airport hotel, shuttle rides are complimentary. Contact your hotel after you retrieve your luggage.

Taxi Services - Taxi Services are available curbside, on the Baggage Claim level. An attendant is on duty to assist passengers from 6:45 am - 12:15 am.

Passengers may pre-arrange to use any taxi service provider they wish, however, there are three taxi companies available through the Airport’s taxi queue: City Cab, Crown Cab and Yellow Cab. Yellow Cab has an app called Taxi Magic that you download and gives you the ability to pre-arrange your ride!

Airport to Center City is a flate-rate of $25.00.

There is no set rate from the Airport to University Hotels and the cost is a meter rate of $2.00 per mile. Mileage from the Airport to Hilton Charlotte University Place (for example) is 15 miles.

After you arrive to your hotel safe and sound, your next major feat is to find your way to the Charlotte Convention Center in order to pick up your registration materials and conference bag.
